Grace Hagan, MPT I graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy in January of 2001. I received my Missouri State Licensure in March of |

2001. I have been working with pediatric clients since my clinical experience at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis. After licensure I started working as an Independent Contractor seeing First Steps and Medicaid clients from ages 0 (premature) to 18 years. The kids I have worked with have myriad diagnoses and require varying treatments. I enjoy working with clients with diverse backgrounds. I am comfortable working with interpreters. I speak some Spanish and have treated several Spanish-speaking families independently. My continuing education includes the American Physical Therapy Association's Pediatric Course, Musculo-skeletal Evaluation and Intervention, Partial Weight-bearing Gait Training, Sensory Integration in Pediatric Assessment and Treatment, Problems Associated with Alcohol Exposed Pregnancies, and all of the First Steps Modules. I am also a trained Doula, or labor support person for mothers. This has provided strong continuity between labor/delivery and pediatric treatment. I am committed to providing quality care and education. I believe parents and guardians are their children's best advocates and deserve all the empowerment they can get.
